Acute Stroke Online

Acute Stroke Online is a self-paced continuing education course that provides training on the symptoms, diagnosis and management of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and complications of stroke.

This course was designed to support the high demand for stroke education due to The Joint Commission requirements to maintain stroke center certification. Acute Stroke Online replaces the previous format in print, the Acute Stroke Booklet.

Audience
The course is for in- and out-of-hospital personnel, particularly experienced healthcare providers who are involved in the care and treatment of suspected stroke victims.

Course Format
eLearning (online lessons) - The course requires 1 - 2 hour to complete. No skills session is required.
