Healthcare Training Indiana
RESQ is an official American Heart Association training site which offers dynamic training solutions for healthcare providers. Classes are offered online, at your workplace or at one of our training facilities in Indiana. Same day cards are offered for prepaid courses taken at a RESQ facility.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Designed for medical providers such as physicians, nurses, medical students, residents, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other health care professionals who may respond to cardiovascular emergencies.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): For pediatricians, emergency physicians, family physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers who initiate and direct advanced life support in pediatric emergencies.
Basic Life Support (BLS): The BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR for adults, children and infants, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
Stroke Education: Stroke is the nation's third-largest cause of death. An effective, time-dependent treatment for acute stroke necessitates the education of al healthcare providers, as well as the general public, about prompt treatment for stroke.
Emergency Medical Service: RESQ offers a 24-hour EMT Refresher course and a 48-hour paramedic refresher courses required for re-certification.
