RESQ Health & Safety offers American Heart Association CPR training for both lay rescuers and healthcare providers throughout Indiana. Classes can be offered at your workplace, online or at one of training facilities.

Why learn CPR?
There is approximately 300,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests each year. Less then 1/3 of these cardiac arrests receive bystander CPR even though it can double or even triple a victims chance of survival. By learning CPR, you learn to save lives.

What is CPR?
CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an emergency procedure used to manually circulate blood to vital parts of the body to prevent or delay tissue death until more advanced medical care arrives.
