QMA Insulin Administration Course

The All-Inclusive QMA Insulin Administration Course includes:​

• An 8-hour course with 6 hours of classroom education and 2 hours of hands-on lab training with the QMA Program Director; the student will be required to have 100% accuracy performing the skill checklists for insulin administration before they’re permitted to complete their training under the direct supervision of the designated registered nurse at the student's facility. 

•  All required study and lab materials and first State Testing fee. 

•  RESQ's QMA Program Director and administrative staff will verify and submit to Ivy Tech all required documentation for students to sit for the certification exam along with the required exam fee.

Tuition & Policies:

​

• If the student is not successfully challenging the written exam, RESQ will offer a 1.5-hour remediation class at no charge to the student.

• The cost of the course is $295 per student ($303.85 after a 3% credit card convenience fee) that will be due at the time of registration.  

• Refund Policy: You must request a refund prior to class day. If you have requested a refund prior to class day there is a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. If class has started, Insulin course is non-refundable.

• Tuition is required to be paid in full prior to the start of class. 

• You will need to complete your training at your facility with an RN

• Bring your ID, SS card, QMA certificate, and CNA certificate to your scheduled orientation. Once you have registered, an email will be sent regarding orientation. You will not be able to attend class without these documents being turned in!
